I've got a gym membership and I've been trying to go to the hour-long classes after work. On Saturday I went to a Spin Class and Yoga class. Both were very fun. Everyone says Yoga is something that we all should do. I want to be flexible and get stronger. I have a hard time holding some of those poses. I thought yoga would be easy but it's a lot harder than I thought. Rachel Brice is a fantastic bellydance and yoga helps her isolate and move the way that she does. Megan Fox was vegan for over a year, but recently stopped to gain weight. Maybe that should be my next attempt. Did good this weekend. On Friday, i went without eating the whole day until i came home for dinner. I had a garden delites 200 calorie meal. Being at home is hard though, i tend to snack too much. I'm going to see my man in Orlando in a few weeks and I at least want to look a little smaller when he sees me. I've got two weeks!!!
